This is a non-profit organization dedicated to sewing enthusiasts. There are minimal yearly dues paid to the national office, some of which come back to our Jacksonville chapter. Members are entitled to quarterly newsletters from both National and the Jacksonville chapter, discounts at many fabric stores, informative programs and sharing information with other members. The chapter consists of several smaller groups known as "neighborhood groups". The Orange Park group, In Stitches, meets the third Thursday of each month from 7:00-9:00 PM at the Library on Plainfield. Anyone interested can attend one meeting without joining.
