Eagle Harbor is located on Fleming Island, just south of the Town of Orange Park and approximately 15 miles southwest of downtown Jacksonville.

Started in 1993, Eagle Harbor is now made up of 29 smaller neighborhoods, each with its own amenities and personality. New homes are still being constructed as Eagle Harbor remains one of the most respected and sought-out neighborhoods in the State of Florida. There are approximately 1500 single-family homes to date. Build-out is expected within five to seven years. The reasons that Eagle Harbor is so successful can be narrowed down to four factors: the overall design of the community; the amenities located here; the excellent school system, and (most important) is the residents themselves.
